Marianna Rapti
Marianna Rapti, Attorney-at-Law, member of the Athens Bar.
Marianna’s practice involves Commercial and Corporate Law, Civil Law, Private International Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Collection and Litigation.
Marianna is one of the co-authors of the book Greek Civil law science in the 20th century, published in Athens by P.N. Sakkoulas in 2010. She contributes to the news section of the legal journal "International Trade Law & Regulation" (Int.T.L.R.) and has articles on commercial law issues published in the journal International Company and Commercial Law Review, both published by Sweet & Maxwell in the UK.
Marianna studied Law (LL.B.) at the University of Athens and was awarded by the same institution a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) with a civil law specialisation. She also studied at University College London, where she specialised in Banking and Finance Law and was awarded her second LL.M. degree.
